Job Role
We are hiring a high-performing Business Operations & Revenue Manager to drive BitDelta Pro’s growth across West Africa.
This is a remote, sales-driven role with full responsibility for client acquisition, deposits, and trading activity growth across the region. You will build and scale local sales channels, partnerships, and revenue streams, while operating independently within your market.
This role is ideal for someone who can work remotely, move fast, and deliver revenue without heavy structure. A true hunter and deal-closer.
Core Focus
- Own full Western Africa revenue P&L
- Drive client acquisition and deposit growth across West Africa
- Build and scale remote sales and partner networks
- Convert pipelines into active, high-value traders
- Execute against regional revenue targets
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Execution
- Drive FTDs (First-Time Deposits), active traders, and trading volume
- Execute regional sales strategies across IBs, affiliates, and direct channels
- Own and optimise the conversion funnel: lead → signup → deposit → trade → retention
- Deliver consistent revenue growth across multiple West African markets
2. Client Acquisition (Remote & Field-Based)
- Build and manage high-performing acquisition channels:
- Introducing Brokers (IBs)
- Affiliate networks
- Influencers & trading educators
- Telegram & WhatsApp communities
- Proactively source, engage, and convert clients remotely
- Travel when needed to activate key markets and partners
- Identify and penetrate high-value trader segments
3. Partnerships & Deal Execution
- Develop and manage relationships with:
- IBs and master IBs
- Trading communities
- Local agents
- Payment providers
- Negotiate, close, and scale commercial partnerships
- Expand partner-led revenue channels across multiple countries
4. Conversion & Client Journey Optimisation
- Ensure seamless onboarding → deposit → trading activation
- Identify and fix conversion bottlenecks
- Improve deposit success rates and activation speed
- Support client retention and lifecycle monetisation
5. Performance Tracking
- Track and optimise:
- FTDs
- Active traders
- Trading volume
- Retention
- CPA vs LTV
- Provide weekly performance reporting with clear actions
- Continuously refine strategy based on market insights and data
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams remotely
- Support rollout of localised campaigns and offers
- Contribute to building a high-performance, results-driven culture
Requirements
Must-Have
- 5–10+ years in Forex / CFDs / Crypto / Trading platforms
- Proven experience in sales, revenue generation, or market expansion
- Strong understanding of:
- IB & affiliate models
- Trader acquisition
- Conversion funnels
- Ability to work remotely with high ownership and accountability
- Strong track record of closing deals and driving revenue
Preferred
- Experience across West African markets
- Existing network of:
- IBs
- Affiliates
- Trading communities
- Experience managing multi-country or remote markets
