Regional Operations & Revenue Manager

Job Role

We are hiring a high-performance Regional Operations & Revenue Manager to build and scale BitDelta Pro in Western Africa as a revenue-generating business.

This is a pure execution and P&L-driven role, focused on:

  • Driving client acquisition, deposits, and trading activity
  • Building local sales, partner, and distribution networks
  • Owning day-to-day operations and market execution

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Ownership & Growth

  • Own full Western Africa revenue P&L
  • Drive FTDs (First Time Deposits), active traders, and trading volume
  • Build and execute local revenue strategies (IBs, affiliates, direct sales)
  • Optimize conversion funnel: lead → signup → deposit → trade → retention
  • Ensure strong unit economics (CPA vs LTV)

2. Client Acquisition & Market Penetration

  • Build and manage local acquisition channels:
  • IB networks
  • Affiliates
  • Telegram/WhatsApp communities
  • Influencers & trading educators
  • Identify and activate high-value trader segments
  • Work with global marketing team to localise campaigns for Western Africa

3. On-Ground Operations Ownership

  • Own complete Western Africa operations execution:
  • Client onboarding
  • Deposit/withdrawal coordination
  • Customer lifecycle management
  • Ensure smooth user experience from signup to active trading
  • Identify and fix drop-offs in onboarding and payment flows

4. Local Partnerships & Distribution

  • Build strong relationships with:
  • Introducing Brokers (IBs)
  • Trading communities
  • Local agents
  • Payment facilitators
  • Scale partner-led revenue channels
  • Negotiate and manage commercial partnerships

5. Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Track and optimize: FTDs, Active users, Volume, Retention, CPA vs LTV
  • Deliver weekly performance reports with clear actions
  • Continuously refine strategies based on data and market feedback

6. Team & Execution Management

  • Build and manage lean local team (sales, support, ops)
  • Train teams on:
  • Product
  • Sales conversion
  • Client handling
  • Drive a KPI-driven execution culture

Qualifications & Requirements

Must-Have

  • 5–10+ years in Forex / CFDs / Crypto / Trading platforms
  • Proven experience in revenue generation or market expansion
  • Strong understanding of:
  • IB/Affiliate models
  • Trader acquisition
  • Deposit conversion funnels
  • Hands-on operator — not just strategy
  • Ability to work in unstructured, fast-moving environments

Preferred

  • Experience in Western Africa and African markets
  • Existing network of: IBs, Affiliates and Trading communities
  • Experience working with offshore brokerage models
